Two final steps before we begin.

1. Scheduling: Select your sessions in the calendar below. Ideally, choose a time slot that you can maintain on a weekly or biweekly basis throughout our collaboration.

2. Preparation: If this is our first collaboration or if we are reuniting after a break of several months or longer, please complete the initial questionnaire no later than the evening before our next session. It forms the structural foundation of our work and the basis for your individual process design.
   You are also welcome to take the short Chakra Personality Type test as a voluntary but very helpful addition.

Completion takes approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, and for some clients even longer.

Feel free to pause the process in between and complete the form in stages. This gives you the necessary space for honest and direct answers.
