In accordance with the Three-Level Model of the Österreichische Wirtschaftskammer, this work takes place exclusively on the energetic and informational plane. I utilize methods of energetic consciousness work, meditative exercises, and, chiefly, the Expansion Method as developed by Shai Tubali. These serve exclusively to promote deeper energetic self-perception and create or restore energetic equilibrium.
