The Expansion Method

Expansion is so much more than a technique. It is the original impulse of our aliveness. It is what Consciousness is and does – that which enables us to reorient our human lives towards its boundless opening and experience ever-greater depth and happiness.

By skillfully realigning yourself to this essential principle within you, you begin to uncover your true essence, make a profound step into your real power, and are much better equipped to create truly meaningful impact through your life.

Initially developed by my teacher Shai Tubali, the Expansion Method, translates both this principle and the ancient understanding of Eastern wisdom traditions into a modern, non-dogmatic, and highly effective instrument for deep and authentic psychological and spiritual transformation.

Requiring neither believe nor preceding knowledge, the Expansion Method is an invitation to get to know yourself, to heal what needs healing, and to bring forth and empower what is already alive within you.
